MY SKIN CARE ROUTINE RULES : part 2.

MY SKIN CARE ROUTINE RULES : part 2.

Hello friends! Today we will talk about beauty and self-care, and I decided to continue, or rather supplement, my previous post on this topic. So, about skin care. Of course, each of us has our own experience, knowledge and tricks on this topic, and today I will share some of my own. Perhaps something will seem obvious and well-known to you, but maybe I can bring something new and useful, and I will be very happy about it.

1. Skin-friendly products:

Let's start with a fairly obvious, but often neglected point. Food. Everyone knows that our appearance is directly related to the fact that we are driving. I won't say platitudes about the dangers of fast food, soda, etc., I'd rather say about a couple of products that I rely on in the fight for beautiful skin :) Avocados and nuts! Avocado is a miracle product that is excellent both for external use (adding its pulp to cosmetic masks, using avocado oil) and for internal use due to the huge amount of useful trace elements and vitamins contained in it (potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, B vitamins). By the way, if we talk about vitamins, it is the B vitamins that positively affect the condition of the skin, so buying a vitamin complex containing vitamin B at a pharmacy will also be your investment in the beauty and health of the skin. Nuts also have a positive effect on the condition of the skin and the body as a whole, due to the fatty acids and vitamins contained in them (especially vitamin E). Of course, these are not the only healthy foods, but I am writing specifically about those that I consume heavily myself :)

2. Eye cream :

of course, such a delicate area as the skin around the eyes requires special care. I'll be honest (and I hope I'm not the only one :) Several times I tried to give up eye cream by applying my usual facial moisturizer to this area...Well, basically, a good face cream will do for the eyes :) But still, using special creams for this area, I see a greater effect and a better skin condition. Apparently, there is still a difference in moisturizers for the face and in creams for the eye area, and you should not neglect the latter. In addition, the consumption of such creams is very economical, and the purchase of such a cream will not hit our wallet much :) And for a greater effect, or rather to reduce the swelling under the eyes, I keep my eye cream.... in the refrigerator. Try it, I'm sure you'll notice the difference too.

3. Additional care items:

periodically (approximately once every six months, at least) I use additional means of more intensive care - it can be peptide complexes (as in the photo below ), hyaluronic acid, collagen complex. They all look like a clear liquid in bottles with pipettes - you put a little into the pipette and add it to the cream (hold the right amount of cream in the palm of your hand, add 3-4 drops of care to it, mix with your finger), and all this is applied to the face. What's the point: all the collagen+hyaluronic acid+peptides listed above provide even more intensive care, have excellent anti-aging properties, and increase skin elasticity. I noticed all this on my skin, the result is really visible, I am happy, and periodically I nourish the skin of my face. Personally, I take these funds from Korean brands, but this is not so important, I think enough manufacturers do something like this. If you haven't tried it yet, I advise you to pay attention.

4. The importance of a facial tonic

I have already written about the standard and necessary 3 steps of care: face wash - tonic - cream. But today I would like to draw attention to the fact that many people often neglect tonic, not understanding the special meaning and effect. And very unnecessarily. What does a tonic do? With the help of a tonic, you remove all possible makeup residues, making the skin completely cleansed, the tonic usually refreshes the complexion and narrows the pores, and also, most importantly, it is the tonic that softens the effect of tap water (often of poor quality, "hard" and pH-disrupting skin, causing redness, irritation and dryness) . Thus, this is an important step in cleansing and preparing the skin for better acceptance of subsequent moisturizing/cream care.

I really hope that you will find something useful for yourself in my post today, I tried my best :)
Thanks for your attention!
