BURBERRY BODY EDT: powderry and sensuelle...

Greetings, friends! I think most readers are familiar with one or another perfume from the Burberry Body line, they are represented in concentrations of Edp, Edt, Body Tender and Body Intense flankers. The only one I'm not familiar with is the Intense version. The first Burberry Body edp itself did not fully suit me, the peach note was a little suffocating. The Tender version is already much better, I used a small bottle with pleasure, it is lighter, "volatile" and fresher compared to edp. But the real perfume love I had was with Burberry Body in the concentration of eau de toilette! What made me so hooked on the fragrance and how it differs from other versions, I'll tell you now.

BURBERRY BODY EDT was launched in 2012 , the nose behind is Michel Almairac. Main accords are fruity, musky, powderry and rose.

For me, the smell is primarily powdery, even I would say powdery-lipstick. But the freshness that the notes of apple and tea give makes it quite fresh and airy, it's not a dusty, stuffy powder by any means. Tenderness, lightness, boudoir, the feeling of a clean body smeared with fragrant cream — all this I feel in this perfume. On the one hand, it seems to merge with the smell of leather, on the other — imperceptible, boring and "just to smell something" I don't consider it at all. There's something about him that catches my eye, and I probably don't fully understand what it is. I think this is a great option for dating, the fragrance is attractive, alluring and as feminine as possible (in my opinion, at least), but there is no hint of vulgarity, there is no excessively carnal musk in it. But also at home, for yourself, it will be great when you just want to relax, you can apply it after a shower on clean skin, and feel the bliss and peace.

Returning to Burberry Body, I would like to emphasize once again that eau de toilette has become for me the ideal formula, the ideal concentration, not stuffy unlike Edp, and yet more characteristic and interesting than the Tender version. And, of course, I will definitely note that the note of wormwood, which runs like a red thread through all versions of the Body fragrance, is a wonderful touch, giving a bold and intriguing bitterness and a slight herbality, without wormwood it would be ordinary.

I can clearly feel the fragrance on my skin for 3-3.5 hours, it fades over time and remains a light powder on the skin. The plume is noticed, and it is very noticeable in the first hours of application, then it is felt at arm's length, so I won't call the fragrance imperceptible, it hovers around you and informs others about itself (someone from others makes compliments at the same time :). As for the seasonality of this fragrance, I do not single it out for myself, it merges so well with my skin and sits harmoniously on it that I am ready to wear it even in winter, even in summer. Off-season, beloved, irreplaceable for a certain mood and condition.
