Very creamy, soft lipstick, easy to apply and feels good on your lips, as if enveloping them. It does not dry the lips. The finish is satin, with a slight iridescence. I don't use a lip pencil in addition to it, it's just not necessary, the lipstick itself allows you to create a very clear contour. The lipstick is very resistant! At least on my lips, it's ready to withstand a meal (pasta, for example) and stay practically untouched, it doesn't "run away" from the middle of the lips, everything holds up perfectly, it doesn't require updating. Personally, from my experience, this is the most durable lipstick, which is good, since many red lipsticks sin by leaving very ugly...
The color is saturated, applying one layer is enough, it looks uniform, no bald spots. As we all know, red can have a cold or warm undertone, and it's worth choosing based on your color type. Shades with a cool undertone are suitable for me, and I chose the lipstick according to the same principle. This lipstick from Laura Mercier has a raspberry cold undertone, by the way, if you wipe it off your lips with a napkin, then the berry-raspberry tint remains on your lips for a long time, and it's also beautiful. You can apply the usual caring balm on top, and the lips seem to be painted again, but in a different way, more subdued and restrained.
