SHIK BRAND , LIP GLOSS and MASCARA review...

Greetings to all! In this post, I want to share my impression of a couple of beauty products from the famous brand Shik (a brand created by professional makeup artist Natalia Shik). I've heard a lot about this cosmetics, and as a rule, the reviews were positive. And finally I decided to try it myself. I have lip gloss and mascara.

If someone doesn't know about this brand, I'll say a few words. Natalia Shik, a professional makeup artist, created her own brand of cosmetics and beauty products in 2015 (positioned as the first brand in Russia created by a professional makeup artist), produces her products in Russia, and sells them in 25 countries around the world. The brand is quite widely known, well, at least those who are interested in cosmetics, makeup, and watching beauty bloggers and beauty reviews on Youtube know the Shik brand for sure. There were a lot of laudatory reviews, fans of the brand and positive comments, and this encouraged me to try the cosmetics of this brand as well. Just at that moment, I needed lip gloss and mascara, and I bought them on the website of the official SHIK store.

I'll start with LIP GLOSS CARE LIP GLOSS, I have a shade 02 NAKED. I've already used it 5 times, and the impressions are positive!

I like the texture of the gloss, not too thick and not too liquid. It does not spread over the contour of the lips, does not roll down, does not form a white stripe on the lips. It does not dry the lips, it comes off gradually, like all glosses, it is not very persistent, but for me this is not a minus. It glitters beautifully on the lips, there are no large sequins that I don't like. Glitter, by the way, is not very sticky, which is also a plus. The applicator itself, in my opinion, could have been made a little more, well, personally to my taste, but in general, everything is comfortably applied, convenient. I have a very delicate, translucent color, as close to natural as possible, as I wanted, for everyday makeup. This gloss makes the lips visually more well-groomed, shimmers pleasantly on the lips, looks natural. The design is also cute, minimalistic and tasteful. I'm happy!

 I also purchased and have already tried out the EXTRA VOLUME EYELASH MASCARA, in black. The mascara is excellent, it colors well, without lumps, without clumped eyelashes, does not crumble (tested for 8 hours) . My eyelashes themselves are pretty good, long and thick, so a lot of mascara suits me. BUT there is a caveat! I have sensitive eyes, and mascara often causes redness and watery eyes. That is, many carcasses may be suitable for me in terms of functionality, but there is irritation and discomfort for the eyes. And this was my main test and criterion - that the mascara should not cause irritation, and, fortunately, the mascara from SHIK passed this test. I've already applied eye makeup 6 times, I've been wearing my eyelashes for almost the whole day, and everything is fine. I also liked the brush, it's very good, it colors all the eyelashes. The color is saturated black.

In conclusion, as you have already understood, I can say that I am very pleased with these funds! At a reasonable price, I received high-quality beauty products that I am completely satisfied with in terms of their functions, results, and I like visually, the design is important to me. In the near future, I plan to buy another lipstick-gloss from SHIK, when I purchase and test it, I will share my opinion ;)
