SPA RELAX TIME ...

SPA RELAX TIME...

Hello friends! From time to time, it's so great to pamper yourself, relax and get away from everyday activities, don't you agree? And, although it was not easy, finding free time and leaving the baby to dad, together with mom (and for me this is the best company, even though you understand it by the age of 30 :)), we went to the spa complex. Today I would like to talk about how to spend time at the spa with maximum benefit for beauty and health.

I apologize for the quality of the photos, unfortunately the lighting does not allow us to make them better... So, I will not talk about the benefits of swimming, you know this perfectly well without me. I can only say that if you choose between several spa centers to visit, you should always give preference to a spa with a swimming pool, because with it you can stretch your muscles, relieve stress, and in combination with a sauna, the pool further helps to harden the body, which means it increases immunity.

When you plan to visit the spa, prepare very carefully - take all possible beauty products with you! :) Just kidding, it's not necessary, but the minimum is a face mask, body scrub and body cream - I highly recommend it. After all, when applied to steamed skin after a sauna, their effect is doubly effective. This time, I pre-purchased a face mask from the Korean brand MISSHA, which is a moisturizing and regenerating fabric mask soaked in bamboo juice. I was satisfied, the skin was moisturized and radiant throughout the day, there is no need to apply additional cream to the skin after it. Since we tested the masks together, I can confirm that the mask is also good for skin aged 50 years :)

For the body, as I said, it is very good to use a scrub, but sometimes I take a little with me...honey, and apply it on the skin. Honey is an excellent skin cleanser, it literally draws out the toxins from it, and if you wait until it dries a little on the skin and do a light massage with tapping movements, the effect will be even stronger + a great way to "cheer up" the skin, improve circulation and even good cellulite prevention. And remember that masks / scrubs, etc. should only be applied to a clean body, so after the sauna, be sure to wash off the old skin cells and the toxins that have escaped through the pores, and then the funds. Speaking of massage. Of course, it's great to use the massage services at the spa, for example, I prefer my own oil for massage, having previously taken it with me. This massage oil of the English brand Tisserand, specializing in products of this kind, contains ginger (warms muscles, relieves fatigue) and lemongrass (refreshes), rosemary (tones). It's good to have something like this at home, you can ask your loved ones to massage your forearm and back a little at the end of the working day - you will immediately feel better (tested! :)

And do not forget that a lot of water leaves the body in the sauna and its need must be replenished – clean water, green tea, herbal decoctions will be very appropriate. It's good if they are provided at the spa, if not, it's worth taking them with you. That's all I wanted to share today, I hope you've found something useful for yourself. Be healthy, beautiful and take the time to take care of yourself - your body will tell you "thank you"! See you!
